Anxiety is a problem sometimes

Hello everyone long time no see I bet you were wondering were I was seeing as I haven't uploaded a blog post or video since a few days ago. This week I've been feeling rather anxious which is never good. I've had a lot going on this week and the next few weeks are pretty jam packed for me.

Whenever I'm feeling anxious or I've had a panic attack recently everything else such as blogging or making videos always goes to the pack of the pile as such. Making sure that I am feeling better or back to "normal" comes first. That is why this week I haven't been very active on anything really. I've been "recovering" in a way just making sure that I was happy in myself. 

There are days where I have a reason to be anxious maybe I have a job interview, a big thing going on at work or an exam. However there are also days where I have no reason to be anxious because everything is going well but I still am. I guess in a way I talk about my anxiety a lot but in a very careful way as I don't want it to be something that defines me. 

Who would want to be judged on a mental health issue? Not me. Nobody wants to be judged for something their insecure about do they. However nowadays I feel it's so important talking about it as many people have it and it's still seen as a bad thing. I've had many different reactions in the past when I've said that I suffer with anxiety. 

In a way I find it so much easier telling you guys about it because you're not involved physically in my day to day life. I find it much harder telling people I see on a regular basis because they have to experience it first hand if I have a panic attack when I'm out with them or something. 

So I think for the rest of this week I am going to be taking a break from anything blog/YouTube related and then start fresh on Monday. Blogging or filming a video when I'm feeling anxious is the last thing I want to be doing really I'd rather sit down with a cup of tea and watch movies back to back.
